Waterfall Enrichment
A method of finding contact data by cascading through multiple data providers (like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay) sequentially until a match is found, ensuring higher coverage and accuracy.
What It Is
Waterfall enrichment is the process of using multiple data providers in a specific order to find contact information.
Why It Matters
No single data provider has 100% coverage. By chaining them together (e.g., checking Apollo first, then if no email is found, checking Prospeo), you maximize your chances of finding a valid email.
How To Use
Most modern sales tools like Clay allow you to set up ‘Waterfall’ columns. You define your preferred providers in order of cost or accuracy.
