Content system

LinkedIn posts that start sales conversations.

Founder and team posts built from what buyers say on your sales calls, written in your voice and approved by you. The people who engage are enriched, scored, and followed up, so content feeds pipeline instead of a like count.

Illustrative run. Your build is scoped to your stack.

01 The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Posting happens when someone has a free afternoon
  • Ghostwritten posts that sound nothing like the founder
  • Likes from peers and competitors, not from buyers
  • Nobody follows up with the prospects who engaged

The posts aren't the problem. The system around them is.

02 What we build

Content that knows who read it, and what to do next.

Writing is half the job. The other half is capturing who engaged, deciding who's worth a conversation, and starting it the right way.

  1. 01

    Topics from real calls

Objections, questions, and phrases pulled from your call transcripts become the posting plan. You write about what buyers actually ask.

  2. 02

    A voice that's yours

A voice profile built from your past posts, talks, and calls, so drafts sound like you. Nothing goes live without your approval.

  3. 03

    A rhythm that holds

A weekly calendar across founder and team profiles, drafted and scheduled in Scripe or Supergrow, so posting survives busy weeks.

  4. 04

    Engager capture

Everyone who reacts or comments is captured with their profile and the post they engaged with, not just counted.

  5. 05

    Engager scoring

Engagers are enriched and scored against your ICP. Customers, open deals, peers, and competitors are filtered out.

  6. 06

    Follow-up that fits

Best fits get a relevant connection request or message about the topic they engaged with, or go straight to a rep. No pitch in the comments.

04 How we start

Live within 30 days.

It starts with a 30-minute call and a free audit. Every build is fixed in scope and price before work begins, and built inside your own accounts.

  1. 1

    Days 1-14

    Voice and plan

A kickoff interview, a voice profile from your past posts and calls, and the first month of topics approved.

  2. 2

    Days 15-30

    Publishing

The posting rhythm goes live, with engager capture and scoring switched on from the first post.

  3. 3

    After day 30

    Turn it into pipeline

Follow-up plays on engagers, and a monthly review of which topics start conversations and which to drop.

What you keep

Built in your accounts. If we part ways, it keeps running.

  • Voice profile and prompts
  • Topic bank from your calls
  • Post archive
  • Engager lists in your CRM
  • Follow-up sequences

Content: questions, answered.

Do you ghostwrite our posts?

We draft them from your calls and your voice profile, and you approve every one. Some founders change a line, some rewrite more. Either way, nothing is published without your sign-off.

How much of my time does it take?

A kickoff interview to build the voice profile, then a short weekly review of drafts. The topics come from calls you're already having, so there is no blank-page brainstorming.

Is it only for the founder's profile?

No. Founder profiles usually get the most reach, but sales leaders and subject experts often start better conversations. We plan across the profiles that make sense for your buyers.

How do you measure whether content is working?

By conversations and meetings that start with an engager, not by likes. Every engager who becomes a meeting is tracked in the CRM back to the post that started it.

Won't following up with engagers feel pushy?

Not when it's done well: a day or two later, about the topic they engaged with, and only for people who fit your ICP. Customers and open deals are excluded, and there is never a pitch in the comments.

Which tools do you use?

LinkedIn for publishing, Scripe or Supergrow for drafting and scheduling, Clay for enrichment and scoring, HeyReach for follow-up, and your CRM to log it all. We use what you already pay for where we can.

Make your posts book meetings.

30 minutes. You leave with a prioritized plan, whether we work together or not. If we can't help, we'll say so.
