Bounce Rate
The percentage of sent emails that could not be delivered to the recipient's inbox.
What It Is
- Hard Bounce: Permanent error (invalid email address, domain doesn’t exist).
- Soft Bounce: Temporary error (mailbox full, server down).
Why It Matters
A high bounce rate (>2-3%) signals to ISPs that your data is bad and you are likely valid spammer. They will penalize your domain reputation.
